This shampoo is different from store bought shampoos with a more liquid castile soap type consistency. Totally recommended to those who are trying to be as natural as possible and open to slight compromises compared to traditional results. If this might be your first time trying a light shampoo like this, it may not remove all excess hair product upon first use. Directions: Shake well before use. Untwist cap and pour a little bit to top of head down to the ends of your hair. Lather away as much as possible, especially at the scalp, then rise!
